The School of Business and Management at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bannerghatta Road Campus, offers three unique Undergraduate Programs -BBA (Finance and International Business), BBA (Finance and Economics) and BBA (Strategy and Business Analytics). One Post Graduate Program of Master of Business Administration (MBA) along with a highly competent PhD program are also offered by the department . An emphasis on interdisciplinary knowledge and skill building is intertwined with the updated syllabus incorporated in the programs offered by the School.  In alignment with the vision of the University, the School strives to achieve excellence through academic pursuits while developing a mind for service, through active involvement with the society towards a positive transformation. The activities of the school focus on developing socially responsible, ethically trained and positively driven business leaders

Overview

The programmes offered under the department include BBA (Finance and International Business), BBA (Finance and Economics) and  BBA (Strategy and Business Analytics)  along with a highly competent PhD program in Business and Management and Tourism. We are committed to the overall development of an individual through academic excellence, professional competence, as well as personal, interpersonal and societal skills. We lay a strong emphasis on research and development.
 
The Business and Management department organizes lectures, seminars, workshops, symposia and conferences to prepare our students to meet the requirements of the Business and Tourism disciplines in the industry. The school is guided by a comprehensive set of academic and administrative policies and processes. For ease of reference, students’ and a faculty’s handbooks are made available to the respective communities.
 
The policies and processes include- Quality Management, Grievance Management, Research Conduct and Ethics, Consultancy, Campus Operating Regulations, Board of Studies, Information Security and Staff Appraisal, amongst others.
